Rudrite Explainers is live

Another door in the workshop just opened. Rudrite Explainers is live — the second wing to go public, and the one that takes an idea and makes it something you can see.

Explainers turns any idea into an interactive, animated article you step through — from the highest-level system design, through distributed systems, all the way down to a line-by-line walk through real code. Not slideware. Working diagrams you drive, computed from the thing they describe.

What's there now

Nineteen explainers at launch, and growing — navigated as an atlas, a set of folders you open rather than a flat list:

• System design — the big picture drawn as moving parts: what talks to what, where the data sits, where it goes wrong.
• Distributed systems — consensus, replication, and failure, played out instead of asserted.
• Code walks — real source, read line by line, with the control flow lit up as you move through it.

The bar

Every explainer is operated, not just read: scrub a thread interleaving to watch a race unfold, turn the quorum dials until a cluster loses agreement, kill a broker and see who takes over. The exhibits run the real logic, not stock diagrams. It's static, fast, and free — no sign-up, no ads.

What's next

Explainers keeps growing — more topics across more of the stack, deeper code walks, more of the atlas filled in. And the next wing, Academy, is in the works.
